The cottages are Visit Britain graded 3, 4 and 5 Star and are furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout. Each has electric cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. The larger cottages have a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Linen and towels are provided. There is a guest laundry room.

A 16th Century cob and stone built cottage with many original features providing great character and charm. Spacious living room with inglenook fireplace with wood burner and original bread oven. Lovely farmhouse kitchen, fully equipped including dishwasher. Lobby area with washing machine and dryer. Downstairs WC. Upstairs to three bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom. One double bedroom, one with two singles and one family room with a double, a single and bunk beds. Walled garden area outside front of the cottage with hardwood garden furniture.
The Farmhouse and Lake View Cottage are adjoining with a connecting door and may be combined to accommodate groups of between 14 and 18 people. Perfect for family celebrations, parties and larger groups. For that special occasion, local chef Scott Farr of scoffcatering, would be happy to help with any event whether a private party or family celebration dinner you are looking to arrange.
Willow Tree - three bedrooms - sleeps up to 6 plus cot Graded 5 Star
A brand new eco lodge close to the Farmyard Pond. With three bedrooms, all on one level, Willow Tree is specially designed to offer easy accessibility for all. Spacious living room with glazed doors opening to a decking area with lovely views across the valley. Open plan kitchen and dining area fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Master bedroom with either two single beds or a double bed, ensuite bathroom with level access shower. Bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with either two singles or a double bed. Family bathroom with bath, shower, wc. Decking and lawned areas outside with garden furniture. This cottage also has it's own shed for storing outdoor wear, fishing equipment, bicycles, scooter etc.
Should you be keen on Willow Tree and there are more than six in your party, please do consider Willow together with one or two of our smaller cottages perhaps Stable Lodge and or the Hayloft. Willow Tree has a spacious living room and the dining table can seat 8 to 10 people. A discounted tariff is available when booking Willow together with a one bedroom cottage.
Willow Tree offers accommodation and facilities under the National Accessible Scheme for Mobility – levels M1, M2 and M3a, Hearing Impairment – level 2 and Visual Impairment – level 1.
The Stable Lodges - each with one bedroom - sleep up to 2 plus sofabed, plus cot
These cottages are on two levels, converted from the attractive farm stable building. Bedroom is on the ground level with the living area upstairs to take advantage of the fabulous view down the valley. Stable Lodge One has either two single beds or a double bed. Stable Lodge Two has a double bed. Both with ensuite bathroom with wc and shower. Upstairs, well equipped kitchen, dining and living area and small double sofabed.
