Mikael Perret was born in Brittany and comes from a traditional French family cooking background. With over 20 years experience in the catering, Mikael was classically trained in one of France's best Ecole Hoteliere. Flora Bartlett
Flora is a trained Leith cook and has been catering for over 15 years. Loves to prepare creative dinners, lunches, brunch, breakfast, buffets and all day packages to your individual needs. Uses the best ingredients and tries to keep food miles to a minimum using super local meat and vegetables including organic beef and vegetables from her parent's farm.

Scott Farr of Scoff Catering
Scott has over 20 years experience in catering and has worked for several hotels and restaurants in and around Nottingham and the London area. Now back in his native Devon, offering tailor-made menus to suit your needs and price using locally sourced fresh produce. Meal will be prepared and served in the comfort of your cottage. Clay Pigeon Shooting
Shalden shooting school set on the edge of Exmoor offers coaching for individuals or groups of up to 30 people. No experience is necessary, all ages and abilities are welcome. Equipment is supplied and plenty of instructors so no need for long waits for your turn. Lunch can be arranged in a super local pub.
